historical elegance and really good service!

I enjoyed the excellent breakfast selection. The buffet offered many choices. the staff was very attentive and helpful, especially with directions. the room had fresh flowers everyday. It was a lovely touch. i found the hotel centrally located near many attractions.
The shower over the bath had high sides. It was a bit difficult to get in and out. i wish there was an iron and ironing board available in the room. the minibar occupied most of the fridge space. This was inconvenient.

The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. They addressed all my needs quickly. the concierge provided accurate directions and recommendations for local attractions. i had no problem getting assistance with luggage or transportation.

Breakfast had a large selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the restaurants served excellent french and vietnamese cuisine. It was a culinary delight. i particularly loved the variety of teas available.

My room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and good pillows. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and soft towels. i had a nice coffee machine plus a kettle. It was very convenient.
